His leadership focuses on unity, inclusivity, and the TITAN initiative, which integrates trade, investment, and technology to empower the diaspora and foster sustainable economic progress across North America.
Georgina Nyakairu Kirunda is the Vice President of the Ugandan North American Association (UNAA). With a background in Public Health ($M.P.H.$), she has previously served as the Director of Development and a Regional Representative. Her leadership focuses on community unity, resource mobilization, and strengthening repatriation and insurance programs for the diaspora.

Allan Mugisa serves as the Treasurer of the Ugandan North American Association (UNAA). A finance professional with a Doctorate in Business Administration, he specializes in financial analysis and business modeling. His leadership focuses on ensuring financial transparency, operational efficiency, and sustainable economic empowerment for the Ugandan diaspora across North America.
Joshua Eyaru is the Director of IT & Communications for the Ugandan North American Association (UNAA). A senior technology professional with a Master’s in Computer Science, he leverages over 15 years of experience in software engineering and Google Workspace management to modernize the diaspora’s digital infrastructure and communication strategies.
Victoria Kyakuwa Mbabaali is the Director for Youth & Children for the Ugandan North American Association (UNAA). She is a compassionate community leader, healthcare professional, and advocate for children, youth, women, and families with over 20 years of mentorship experience. She is the Founder of Wells of Happiness Foundation, which builds bridges through culturally grounded identity development, education encouragement, leadership programs, creative expression, and mental wellness support. Victoria’s background includes training in behavioral health and respiratory therapy, giving her a deep understanding of emotional and physical well-being. She is also the Owner of Wells of Happiness LLC, where she supports older adults aging gracefully in place while empowering women to pursue healthcare careers and strengthen the families they serve.Her passion is helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered at every stage of life.
Paul Richard Nteyafa is the UNAA Director of Development and President of the 90-Day North American Resettlement Program. A prominent community leader based in Colorado, he oversees diaspora-driven housing development through KND Estate. His work focuses on empowering newly arrived immigrants, mobilizing communities across the Rocky Mountain region, and advancing sustainable progress for Ugandans in North America.
