Welcome to the Ugandan North American Association’s non-profit refund policy page. As a non-profit organization, UNAA is committed to providing our donors and supporters with the best possible experience. We understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary, and we want to make that process as simple and transparent as possible. Please take a moment to review our refund policy below, and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
