Education
Mr. Justus Mirembe has worked and lived in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada for over 22 years. His education background is in Forensic Criminology, Majoring in Crime and Intelligence from both Douglas College and the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT).
Justus works in his field of study where he has been an Armed Law Enforcement Officer for the Canadian Federal Government for almost 20 years.
Skill expertise
For the last 5-coming to 6 years, Justus has served as UNAA Council Member representing Pacific Region, Canada since 2017. He also served in other leadership positions as Director of British Columbia Soccer Association (2019-2021) which is the largest Provincial sporting organization with a membership of over 120,0000 kids, women and men representing FIFA officially in the region through Canada Soccer.
He was part of the BC Soccer board that successfully bid Vancouver as a host City that will welcome the world to the FIFA 2026 World Cup. Furthermore, Justus also served as President of the African Canadian Soccer and Cultural Association for 6 years (2012 to 2018), the largest African non-for-profit Community organization in British Columbia serving a membership of all Africans and friends of Africa across the Province of British Columbia.
Justus Mirembe brings a wealth of experience in community leadership and hopes he can share his knowledge as well as learn from my peers in service to UNAA as a member of the Board of Trustees
