In a significant diplomatic moment, Uganda’s Ambassador to the United States presented her credentials to US President Joe Biden. Ambassador Ambassador Robie Kakonge took part in a formal ceremony at the White House, where she presented her credentials to the President, signaling the official start of her role as Uganda’s top diplomat in the United States.
The ambassador expressed her commitment to deepening the relationship between the two countries and working to enhance cooperation on a range of issues of mutual interest. The presentation of credentials is an important diplomatic ritual that symbolizes the establishment of official relations between countries.
