COURT JUDEGMENT AGAINST AN ENTITY REPRESENTING ITSELF AS UNAA dba UNAA Causes
The Executive Committee of the Ugandan North American Association Inc., has received a Notice of Judgement from the District Court of Clark County, Nevada, against one David Muwanga who represented himself as the CEO of the Ugandan North American Association dba UNAA Causes.
The President of the Ugandan North American Association (UNAA, Inc.) wishes to inform all UNAA leaders, Members, Sponsors, Supporters, Partners, Associates and the general public that UNAA, Inc., is NOT and has absolutely no relation to or affiliation with “UNAA Causes” in any capacity or at any level what so ever. As such, while the name, Ugandan North American Association, is referenced in the judgement, the organization has absolutely no responsibility for or is in any way culpable in this matter.
Please be advised that UNAA leadership has referred this matter to its legal representative and is considering legal action against any and all parties involved. The UNAA Leadership also wishes to issue a strong warning against the misuse of the organization’s name, credit and reputation.
