New UNAA Board of Trustees

INTRODUCING THE NEW UNAA BOARD OF TRUSTEES 12/22 – 12/25

Dear UNAA Membership,

We hope you are faring well.

We know that you are all gearing up for the holidays and pray that you may all have a wonderful and safe holiday.

The UNAA Executive after receiving 6 approved names from the Council Leadership is happy to announce the new UNAA Board of Trustees that has been approved to serve the UNAA Membership from for the next 3-year term of 12/06/22 up to 12/06/2025.

The Newly Appointed Board of Trustees are;

Mr. Ronald Kabaale has been appointed for the Board of Trustee for UNAA representing the USA region.

Mr. Julius Kabugu has been appointed for the Board of Trustee for UNAA representing the USA region.

Ms. Josephine M Matovu has been appointed for the Board of Trustee for UNAA representing the USA region.

Mr. James Babumba has been appointed for the Board of Trustee for UNAA representing the USA region.

Mr. Fred Kamanya has been appointed for the Board of Trustee for UNAA representing the USA region.

Mr. Justus Mirembe has been appointed for the Board of Trustee for UNAA representing the Canadian region.

We would like to thank the UNAA Council for the confirmation and once we have members that meet the requirements for the pending Canadian position, we will send it over to the Council for confirmation.

We would like to also take this moment and thank the outgoing Board of Trustee members who served UNAA diligently even up to recent impasse when we had to call them back and serve in interim as we were waiting on the current approved members.

We therefore, kindly ask that the old Board of Trustee members officially hand over to the new BOT in a Zoom ceremony that will be scheduled for January 14th, 2023 and also where a Swearing in Ceremony will take place. This ceremony will be witnessed by all UNAA Leadership and we will give the new BOT a chance to meet and choose their leadership.

On January 28th, 2022 the Executive will hold a leadership meeting at 10am Central time.
